Semolina purifier is used for clearing and sorting of dry loose materials on the base of different size and aerodynamic
properties of the single particles by air of vibrating sieves and an air stream. These machines are mainly used
in flour mills for clearing of semolina.
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
PCK 500 – standard type. Machine consists of two sorting
sections. There are three layers of sieving frames
500 x 500 mm one above another from which the tails
leave to three outlets.
PCK 502 – each section is split from its inlet by a partition
wall into two passages with common air box, common
dividing chute and common pair of collecting
chutes for troughs. Six tails pass over sieve frames of size
247 x 500 mm into five outlets.
PCK 520 – two independently working semolina purifiers
one above another with the common aspiration connection.
