Roller Mill type P-GDTV Double

The grain enters the roller mill through the product inlet hopper, from which it is transported to feed rollers and then on the milling rollers. The capacitive level sensors or load cells are set the amount of grain that is loaded into the product inlet hopper. The pneumatic system is used for automatic connection / disconnection of milling rollers and for adjustment milling distance by means of a stepped handwheel. These fine tuning wheels can reproduce using an electrical system with a stepper motor or servomotor. WITH A specialized system of air ducts ensures an even flow of grain between the rollers.
