Gravity Flow Meter type HD

The Grafity flow doser is used for continous control and regulation of weight based flow of loose gravity flowing
materials and granulates of the grain size less than 8mm. The weight based flow is maintained independently
from the material moisture.The meter is not suitable for heavily flowing and arch forming materials (e.g. flour, calcium
hydrate e.t.c.). It can find its application nearly in all branches of the industry, first of all in food and pharmaceutical
industries and everywhere else for regulation of the material volume entering the technological process or
any partial operation. The flow metering principle is based on scanning the force developed by the material flowing
along an inclined plate. Using the metered values the metering unit controls the material flow backward by slight
closing or openning the control gate thus maintaining the material flow close to the set figure.
