Automatic Grain Weigher type VVP

Pneumatic hopper scales have been designed to control the amount of loose materials wherever it is necessary to
follow, measure, or and change an amount of dosed loose material.
The dosing system is non-continuous (interrupted) thus the system must be fitted with bins or long enough transport
route before and after the scales. The hearth of the scales consists of a hopper weightbalanced by three strain gauges closed by flaps both on top and bottom. Exact control of the loose material flow is based on repeated filling, draining and weighing of the
contents of the hopper and counting of the weighed material. The flow of the material through the scales can be
affected by the frequency of the work cycle.
