Tyre Recycling Line

Fully automated line for processing waste tyres — passenger, truck and OTR tyres for heavy machinery. It also handles rubber belts, seals and hoses. Line capacity 3 000 kg/h, fine grinding section 300 kg/h.

Output products

• Rubber granulate 1–7 mm — tiles, playgrounds, synthetic turf.
• Rubber powder 5–80 mesh — asphalt mixtures, sealing materials.
• Separated steel wire — clean steel sold to steelworks.
• Textile fibre.

Process

• Debeading — precise extraction of the steel bead wire from the tyre.
• Primary shredding — twin-shaft shredder, output 50–100 mm.
• Steel separation — rasp mill with bipolar magnetic separation.
• Granulation — granulator, fraction 1–7 mm.
• Fibre removal — air separator.
• Rubber powder production — mill, 5–80 mesh as required.

The line is completed by a PLC control centre, dust extraction and fully automatic packing.

Key equipment

• Twin-shaft tyre shredder — output fraction 50–100 mm (screen Dia. 50–200 mm), 2× planetary gearbox with direct drive, rotor speed 6–12 rpm.
• Rubber and steel separator — output 10–15 mm granulate, input up to 50 mm, capacity 500–1 500 kg/h, 36–48 movable and 12–16 fixed blades.
• Rubber granulator — output fraction 1–7 mm (screen Dia. 3–7 mm), rotor diameter 600–700 mm, motor 55–110 kW, H13 steel blades.

AGP technology — activated rubber powder

We hold the patent for the production of activated rubber powder and the know-how for TPE and TPV manufacturing. AGP is 99.99 % free of impurities, is blended into rubber compounds and replaces primary natural or synthetic rubber with material savings of up to 30 %.
