Desitegrator type ET

Desintegrators are used mainly in flour mills for complementary and auxilliary milling-detaching of raw semolina
and dunst in combination with roller mills preferably in wheat milling runs and rye semolina runs. The machine
working effect is achieved by impacts of high speed rotating pins of the rotor. This way endosperm particles are intensively
separated from superficial outer bran coats. The impact milling process suitably complements the shear
and friction modes of milling applied in roller mills. Beside that the Disintegrators acts also as a disinsectized factor.
Its application is possible both with mechanical and pneumatic conveyance systems.
Processed stock is fed axially to the machine centre via the inlet extender with inlet cone, from where it is drawn in by
the air stream produced by the rotor. Having passed the working chamber the stock leaves the machine.
